Airbnb Prices and Crime Rates Analysis

This project investigated the relationship between Airbnb prices and crime rates across different locations. While the analysis did not reveal a definitive pattern, it highlighted certain tendencies suggesting that crime levels may influence guest preferences and, to some extent, hospitality pricing. By comparing Airbnb data from both high-crime and low-crime areas, the study provided valuable insights into how safety perceptions can interact with accommodation demand.
